3. Payments and Cancellation

All payments are final. Services are billed on a recurring interval. Failure to maintain payment will lead to automated service termination and data disposal.

4. Disclaimer

ShadowHost is not liable for data loss or business interruption. We offer a 99.9% uptime target but do not guarantee absolute continuity.

5. Revisions

We reserve the right to modify these terms at our discretion. Continuous use after publication constitutes acceptance of refined terms.
